This policy explains how Sip Dirty Indiana LLC, doing business as KDS Command Center, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the KDS Command Center service.
Information we process
We may process business and contact information you provide, account identifiers, selected Square account and location information, order information needed to provide kitchen display functionality, licensing and subscription status, support communications, and technical information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Information you provide
When you request the installer, contact support, subscribe to the service, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide information such as your name, business name, email address, Square business or location information, and information included in support requests.
Square connection
Connecting KDS Command Center to Square requires authorization through your Square account. KDS Command Center may receive and process Square information necessary to provide the connected kitchen display features you authorize.
This may include account or location identifiers and order information necessary to display and manage kitchen tickets. Your Square password is not collected through KDS Command Center.
Square is a separate third-party provider and its handling of information is governed by Square's own privacy policy and terms. KDS Command Center is not affiliated with or endorsed by Square.
Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor. KDS Command Center does not directly store full payment card numbers.
We may receive limited transaction information from our payment processor, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing-related information needed to administer your subscription.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure KDS Command Center, connect authorized Square accounts and locations, display kitchen orders, administer trials and subscriptions, provide customer support, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use third-party service providers for functions such as website hosting, application hosting, connected-account access, payment processing, email or form delivery, and other technology necessary to operate KDS Command Center.
These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are also subject to their own applicable privacy policies and terms.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, maintain appropriate business and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with KDS Command Center. However, no internet-connected service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible information associated with your account by contacting service@kdscommandcenter.com .
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as KDS Command Center changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
