Cancellation and refunds
Simple monthly billing with no long-term contract.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and does not automatically create a paid subscription.
Continued access after the trial requires the customer to purchase a paid subscription.
Monthly subscription
KDS Command Center is $39 per month for one connected business location and up to two KDS screens.
Once purchased, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time.
To avoid the next monthly charge, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal. After cancellation, access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Subscription charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when a verified billing error has occurred.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can review the charge.
