Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of KDS Command Center, operated by Sip Dirty Indiana LLC.
Service and license
KDS Command Center grants the subscribing business a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the software for one connected business location during an active trial or paid subscription.
A standard KDS Command Center subscription includes use of up to two KDS screens for the connected business location.
Free trial
Eligible customers may receive one 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to request the installer or begin the trial.
The free trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. Continued use after the trial period requires the customer to purchase a paid subscription.
Paid subscription
KDS Command Center is $39 per month for one connected business location and up to two KDS screens.
Once a customer purchases a subscription, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription to prevent future monthly renewals. Cancellation does not generally result in a refund of charges already processed.

Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing compatible Windows equipment, display devices, network and internet access, an active Square account and location, authorized Square access, and accurate account information.
Customers are responsible for controlling access to their equipment and KDS Command Center installation. Software access may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, or shared outside the licensed business without written permission from Sip Dirty Indiana LLC.
Square connection
KDS Command Center may connect to Square to retrieve information necessary to provide kitchen display functionality. Customers must authorize this connection through their own Square account.
Square is a separate third-party provider and is governed by its own terms, policies, systems, and availability. KDS Command Center is not affiliated with or endorsed by Square.
Payments and third-party services
Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Payment processors are separate providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
KDS Command Center does not guarantee the availability or continued operation of third-party services, including Square, Stripe, internet providers, hosting providers, or other systems on which portions of the service depend.
Service availability
We work to keep KDS Command Center available and functioning, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, network failures, equipment problems, third-party outages, or other circumstances outside our control.
Software updates
KDS Command Center may be updated, modified, or improved over time. Features, interface elements, and technical requirements may change as the service develops.
Acceptable use
Customers may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, unlawfully copy, bypass security controls of, or use KDS Command Center in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or business.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
KDS Command Center is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The software is intended to assist with kitchen operations, but customers remain responsible for reviewing orders, training staff, maintaining their equipment, and operating their business safely and accurately.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Sip Dirty Indiana LLC arising from KDS Command Center will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Information collected through KDS Command Center is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
